Returns Policy

Returns policy:

Due to the nature of our products being of a heavy nature, orders being returned after delivery has taken place due to no longer being wanted, must comply with the following conditions: Be returned in original packaging unopened and in original condition and undamaged in order to be able to be refunded.

A handling charge is applied to all orders being returned to cover logistical costs and restocking labour, delivery to and back to our logistical site on all returned items.

Orders for standard products cancelled prior to dispatch will be offered a full refund without any fees, all bespoke orders are non-refundable upon start of production, with no exceptions.

Where damages found:

All orders delivered Must be checked for damages within 24 hours of receiving the goods, all claims for damages after this time will not be warranted.

Any product being ordered and delivered should be received in perfect condition, any order delivered not in this way due to damage in transit, will be replaced in its entirety or sent replacement parts where necessary, without any charge to the customer.
