1, Products that have arrived not in perfect condition a replacement will be sent out on a matching service to original order.
2, Products being returned due to no longer being wanted, must be returned in original packaging and in original condition and undamaged in order to be refunded, a 50% handling charge is applied by the manufacturer to all orders to cover logistical charges.
Damages Policy:
All orders being delivered via a next day service Must be checked for damages within 24 hours of receiving the goods, all claims for damages after this time will not be warranted.
